These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products by Teveogymwear LLC ("we," "us," "our") to the customer ("you," "your") through our website, teveogymwear.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time. Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason, or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
• Payment must be made at the time of purchase, and we accept payment via major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
• In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.

4. Delivery and Shipping

• Delivery times are estimated to be between 5 to 9 business days from the date of order confirmation.
• We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
• Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
• We are not responsible for delays in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, or transportation interruptions.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Returns are accepted within a 14-day period from the date of delivery, provided that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 14 business days of receiving the returned product.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teveogymwear LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these T&Cs or the sale of products, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, labor disputes, natural disasters, or governmental actions. In the event of any such delay, our obligations under these T&Cs shall be suspended for the duration of the event.

8. Governing Law

These T&Cs and your purchase of products from Teveogymwear LLC shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these T&Cs or your purchase of products shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Irvine, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent or enjoin any violation of these T&Cs.
